Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 8, 2026

MyFeedIn helps LinkedIn creators write, schedule and publish their posts and understand how their content performs. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use myfeedin.co and the MyFeedIn application (together, the "Service"), why, for how long, and what your rights are.

1. Who we are

The data controller is Axel Schapmann, sole proprietor registered in France (SIRET 907 850 150 00018), 135 rue du Val Alain, 76550 Hautot-sur-Mer, France. You can reach us at axel@myfeedin.co.

2. Data we process

2.1 Account data

When you create an account we collect your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile picture as provided by Google. We keep technical records of your sessions to keep your account secure.

2.2 Billing data

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. We keep your subscription status, plan, invoices and billing country as required by accounting and tax law.

2.3 Your LinkedIn account and the data you connect

MyFeedIn works with the LinkedIn account you choose to connect. Depending on what you use, this includes:

2.4 Usage data

We collect how the Service is used (pages viewed, features used, browser and device type, approximate location derived from your IP address) through our own analytics tools, to fix problems and improve the product.

3. Publishing through the official LinkedIn API

When you connect LinkedIn for publishing, you authorize MyFeedIn through LinkedIn's OAuth 2.0 flow, on LinkedIn's own pages. We request only the permissions needed to identify you (openid, profile, email) and to publish posts on your behalf (w_member_social). Specifically:

4. Why we process your data and on what legal basis

PurposeLegal basis (GDPR)
Creating and securing your account, providing the Service, publishing the posts you schedulePerformance of our contract with you
Billing, invoicing, accountingContract and legal obligations
Connecting your LinkedIn accountYour consent, given through LinkedIn's authorization screen, withdrawable at any time
Product analytics, fixing bugs, improving featuresOur legitimate interest in running a reliable product
Sending transactional emails (publishing failures, trial and billing notices)Contract

5. Workspaces

MyFeedIn lets several people work on one LinkedIn account through a workspace, for instance a creator and the person who helps them write. The owner of a workspace decides who joins and with which role. Members of a workspace can see the drafts, scheduled posts, published posts and analytics of the LinkedIn account that workspace manages, and, depending on their role, act on them. Leaving or being removed from a workspace ends that access.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the service providers below, who process it on our behalf under data processing agreements, and only for the purposes described in this policy.

Where a provider is located outside the European Economic Area, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision. We may also disclose data when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, our users or the public.

7. How long we keep your data

8. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. LinkedIn access tokens are additionally encrypted with a key held outside the database. Access to production systems is limited to the publisher, protected by two-factor authentication, and logged. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data we will notify you and the competent authority as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR and applicable law you can access the data we hold about you, correct it, ask for its deletion, restrict or object to its processing, and receive a copy in a portable format. You can withdraw a consent at any time without affecting past processing. Most of this you can do yourself from Settings: disconnect LinkedIn, change your email, cancel your subscription or delete your account. For anything else, email axel@myfeedin.co; we answer within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority.

10. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your workspace, and first-party analytics cookies to measure how the Service is used. We do not run advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser; the Service may then not work correctly.

11. Children

The Service is meant for professionals and is not intended for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children; if you believe we have, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. The date at the top tells you when it last changed. For material changes we will notify you by email or in the application before they take effect.
