Terms of Service

Last updated: September 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of myfeedin.co and the MyFeedIn application (the "Service"), published by Axel Schapmann, sole proprietor registered in France (SIRET 907 850 150 00018), 135 rue du Val Alain, 76550 Hautot-sur-Mer, France ("we"). By creating an account you accept them. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm you are allowed to bind it.

1. The Service

MyFeedIn is a tool for LinkedIn creators. It lets you write and schedule LinkedIn posts and publish them at the chosen time through your connected LinkedIn account, review how your published posts perform, organize the creators and people you follow into feeds and lists, and work with collaborators inside a workspace. Some features are available only on paid plans, as described on the pricing page.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One person, one account; an organization may create a workspace for its team.

3. Your LinkedIn account

To publish through MyFeedIn you connect your own LinkedIn account through LinkedIn's official authorization. By doing so you confirm that you are the holder of that account, or that you are expressly authorized by its holder to publish on their behalf, and that your use of MyFeedIn complies with LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies. You can disconnect at any time from Settings.

MyFeedIn publishes only what you schedule, when you schedule it. Publication depends on LinkedIn's services and on your authorization remaining valid: LinkedIn access expires after 60 days and must be renewed by you, and LinkedIn may change or restrict its APIs at any time. We notify you when a scheduled post could not be published, but we cannot guarantee that every post goes out at the exact planned time, and we are not responsible for LinkedIn's availability, moderation decisions or changes.

MyFeedIn is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by LinkedIn Corporation.

4. Your content

You keep all rights to the posts, media and other content you create or upload. You grant us the licence needed to store it, display it to you and your workspace members, and transmit it to LinkedIn when you ask us to publish it. You are solely responsible for your content and for having the rights to publish it. Do not use the Service to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, defamatory, or that violates LinkedIn's rules.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, after notice when reasonably possible.

6. Workspaces

A workspace owner can invite members and assign roles. The owner is responsible for the members they invite and for the LinkedIn account the workspace manages. Members act within the permissions their role gives them. The owner can remove a member at any time, and a member can leave at any time.

7. API and integrations

Paid plans can access their own data through API keys and the MyFeedIn connector for AI assistants. Keys are personal; keep them secret and revoke them from Settings if they leak. Anything done with your key is done under your account.

8. Plans, trials, payment and refunds

Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the period already paid. Trials give temporary access to paid features and end automatically. If we change prices, we tell you at least 30 days before your next renewal.

If you are not satisfied, you can ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment by writing to axel@myfeedin.co. Renewals are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and brand belong to us. These terms give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it while your account is active. Feedback you send us may be used to improve the Service without obligation to you.

10. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided as is. We work to keep it available and accurate but do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free analytics or any particular result on LinkedIn. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost revenue, followers or opportunities. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings; your data is then removed as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms, for legal reasons, or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where possible. Sections that by nature should survive (content licence for already published posts, liability, governing law) survive termination.

12. Privacy

How we handle personal data, including data from your LinkedIn account, is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we give at least 30 days' notice by email or in the application. Continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the new terms.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Consumers benefit from the mandatory protections of their country of residence and may use the European online dispute resolution platform. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is submitted to the competent courts of France.
